* Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of purchase for refund or exchange and must be received by Gwen Rawls Returns Group within 14 days.

* Merchandise must not be worn or damaged.

* Merchandise returned without the original tag, or a damaged tag, may result in a delayed refund or may not qualify for a refund.

* Footwear will be accepted only if returned unworn and in their original undamaged shoe box, as this is considered part of the product.

* ALL sale merchandise may not be returned.

* All merchandise is quality-inspected prior to shipment. If you find a product to be defective, please notify our Returns Group as soon as possible (

* Returns are to be registered with our Returns Group. Please note that returns will not be accepted without a return authorization number, which is to be requested within 7 days of delivery.

* The customer will pay all shipping fees for the returns. Purchasing insurance for the value of the items is highly recommended.

* A return authorization does not guarantee that the return will be accepted if the merchandise is found to be damaged, missing tags, or otherwise not in original condition.

* We recommend that you use the original packaging provided to ensure that the merchandise is adequately protected while in transit. NOTE: When returning footwear, do not use your shoebox as your shipping box.

* Your RA# must be on the outside of your package or it will not be accepted.

* We will process orders during regular business hours Monday through Friday up to 2 PM EST (excluding federal holidays).

* Orders placed after 2 PM EST or Saturday and Sunday may not ship until the next business day.

* Orders are shipped by UPS. You will receive a shipment confirmation email when your order is shipped. Special conditions may apply during holiday seasons.

* OVERNIGHT SHIPPING: Express shipping can only be guaranteed on orders placed before 2 PM EST. All packages after that time will go out the following day.

* If you place an express order before 11 AM EST on a Friday, your order will arrive the following Monday unless UPS Saturday delivery is noted. Please note that Saturday delivery is not available for all US Domestic locations.

* If you are concerned about receiving your items by a specific time, please call our boutique and we will do our best to make your shipment our highest priority.

* UPS is unable to deliver items to a PO Box or APO/FPA address.

Order Processing Information: Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification. Gwen Rawls will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information for credit verification. Delivery time does not include Sundays or Holidays.
